Nicholas D. Bunstine

was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 18, 1954.  He graduated from Miami of Ohio, receiving a BS in Marketing in 1976.  He attended Ohio Northern University Law School, and graduated in November 1981. 

Mr. Bunstine founded the law firm with Brent R. Watson over thirty (30) years ago, and he has continuously practiced with the firm.  He has also served as an instructor at Pellissippi State Community College, and is a licensed Rule 31 Mediator.

Mr. Bunstine is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Knoxville Business Association. 

Mr. Bunstine practices in the fields of business litigation, civil litigation, domestic relations, personal injury, workman’s compensation, probate law, criminal law, commercial law, real estate law, and mediation.

Brent R. Watson

was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho. He came to the University of Tennessee in 1974 and graduated with high honors in 1979. While at UT, he was a member of the football team and was a tri-captain of the football team in 1977. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 1978. Mr. Watson attended the University of Tennessee College of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1982. Mr. Watson practices in all courts both State and Federal. He has been certified as a Rule 31 attorney mediator since 2000.

Mr. Watson practices in the fields of business litigation, civil litigation, divorce and domestic relations, juvenile law, personal injury, probate law, criminal law and mediation.

Jerrold L. Becker

was born on June 15, 1944, in Newark, New Jersey.  He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1966 and attended Rutgers Law School and graduated in 1969.  From 1972 to 1979, he was a member of the faculty at the University of Tennessee College of Law.  He served as the director of the legal clinic.  In 1982 he was President of the National Legal Aid and Defender Association.  Mr. Becker is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Tennessee Association for Justice.  His primary areas of practice are general civil litigation and domestic relations. 

 

Suzanne Nicole “Niki” Price

was born in Knoxville, Tennessee.  She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and University of Tennessee College of Law.  After graduating from law school, she served as a judicial clerk for the Tennessee Court of Civil Appeals.  In 2002, she joined the law firm of Bunstine, Watson & Becker.  She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and was the co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Knoxville Bar Association.

Ms. Price practices in the fields of domestic relations, criminal law, probate law, juvenile law and general civil litigation.  Since 2009, Ms. Price has been certified as a Rule 31 attorney mediator serving as a mediator primarily in divorce litigation.

 

Emily Stulce

is from Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee.  She attended the University of Tennessee and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Spanish in 2003 and an M.A. in Spanish Literature in 2005.  Following graduation, she taught Spanish at UT and West High School in Knoxville.  She attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating in May 2009, and was admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee that fall.  During law school, she worked as a translator and completed an internship with LPS Abogados, a law firm in Santander, Spain.  Ms. Stulce served as a law clerk to the Knox County Chancery Court from 2009 until September 2011 when she joined the firm.  She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association.  Ms. Stulce engages in general practice.
